Ulwell Park Ltd is recruiting a Commis Chef for The Village Inn located at Ulwell Cottage Caravan Park. This is a great opportunity to join the established team at our family owned bar & restaurant in Swanage, Dorset.

Desirable Skills:

Both the kitchen & front of house were extensively renovated in 2018, this has lead to a sharp increase in the popularity of the Village Inn amongst locals and holiday makers.
The successful candidate will be comfortable in a busy pressured environment, delivering fresh food & desserts to a high standard. The Chef we are seeking will have a stable employment background and be able to demonstrate a willingness to learn, being both self motivated and able to assist the existing kitchen team in order to further develop on this expanding area of the Business.
