Kitchen Staff

The Village Inn is a busy Bar and Restaurant, situated in the grounds of Ulwell Holiday Park in Swanage. We’re looking for Kitchen Staff to assist our Head Chef and Sous Chef behind the scenes.

The Village Inn is open year round for breakfast, lunch and dinner throughout the year. We welcome holiday park guests as well as diners from the wider Swanage area. We serve a range of delicious meals, cooked fresh to order using quality ingredients from local producers. We’re looking for enthusiastic and hard working individuals to assist our chefs to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen.

Experience within a commercial kitchen is essential. You must have excellent communication skills and excel working within a team environment

Job Duties:

• Help ensure kitchen is well stocked and ready for use
• Clean, tidy and prepare the kitchen before, during and after service
• Ensure our high standards of food preparation and hygiene are maintained at all times
• Carry out tasks as instructed by the head chef

Job Type: Multiple positions available – full time, part time and fixed term

Salary: Competitive rates of pay depending on experience.

Experience: Previous commercial kitchen experience required
