What We Offer:

Alongside the Head Chef, you will have the autonomy to create your own dishes, and have input into the menu. You will also cook most dishes in-house.

You should consider yourself to be a natural leader, as having an eye for detail and a real passion for producing quality fresh food

You will need to be hands-on with great communication skills.


Job Duties:

  • Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications
  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
  • Assist with the cleaning and organisation of the kitchen and kitchen equipment
  • Restock items as needed throughout the shift
  • Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standard
  • Running the kitchen when the current head chef is absent.


Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,500.00-£31,000.00 per year (Negotiable based on experience)
